We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BreyerHorses.com. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original Breyer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
